Policy on Returns and Exchanges
1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
To return the items, Customers must submit a copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as receipt or confirmation email.
Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:
- Unused
- In original condition & packaging
We'll refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 14 days.
Exchanges To exchange an item, you'll be able to exchange your order for the product you want, subject to availability.
Faulty items If you've had your item less than 14 days, we'll happily replace or refund it if it's faulty.
